Unlimited AI commands — and clearer ad account limits
A small change to your Pipeboard plan
Hi there,
We are changing two things in how your Pipeboard plan works.
What is changing
1. AI commands are now unlimited on paid plans.
Before, paid plans had a weekly cap on how many times your AI assistant could run a command. That cap is gone. Ask the assistant to run reports, build audiences, or check campaigns as often as you want.
2. We will start to enforce the limit on ad accounts.
Our pricing page has always listed a limit on the number of ad accounts each plan can use:
- Free — 1 ad account
- Pro — 3 ad accounts (per user)
- Premium — 10 ad accounts (shared with your team)
- Enterprise — 50 ad accounts (shared with your team)
Until now, we did not enforce this limit. Most customers never noticed, because most people only work on a few ad accounts. A small number of users were running far more accounts than others, and want to make this sustainable.
Going forward, your AI assistant will only work on the accounts you choose. We call each chosen account a slot.
What you need to do
In most cases, nothing.
- If you already use the same few ad accounts every week, we will pin them as your slots for you. You will not see any difference.
- The first time your assistant touches a new account, we will add it as a slot automatically — as long as you still have a free slot available.
You can see, change, or release your slots any time on the new page: Settings → Slots
What if I need more accounts?
You can add extra slots to your paid plan, one at a time. Open Settings → Slots, click + 1 slot, and confirm the prorated charge. You can remove a slot the same way.
For Premium and Enterprise, slots are shared with your whole team. The team owner buys the extra slot, and any team member can assign or release it.
When does this start?
We are turning this on slowly to avoid disruptions. If your account would be affected, we will email you at least 7 days in advance with the details and a clear path to add slots.
Why we are doing this
Two reasons:
- Predictable pricing. What our pricing page promises should be what you get — no more, no less.
- More freedom for paid users. Removing the weekly command cap means you can lean on the assistant as much as you need, on the accounts that matter to you.
We want your feedback
