Terms of Service
Last updated: May 25, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pipeboard and its related applications and services ("Service", "we", "our", or "Pipeboard"), which provide a Large Language Model (LLM)-enabled interface to simplify the management of advertising campaigns and connected commerce data across supported platforms, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, Snap Ads, and Shopify.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Pipeboard provides a service that:
- Integrates with your Meta Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, Snap Ads, and Shopify accounts via secure API connections
- Utilizes Large Language Models (LLMs) to analyze, interpret, and manage your advertising data
- Offers recommendations, automation, and simplified management of your advertising campaigns
- Provides a conversational interface for interacting with supported ad platforms
- Is provided to and for the exclusive benefit of the Customer, who is the sole party that uses, applies, and economically appropriates its outputs (analyses, recommendations, automations, datasets, and decisions surfaced by the LLM interface)
3. User Accounts
To use our Service, you must:
- Create a Pipeboard account or authenticate via Facebook Login
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. Authentication and Permissions
Our Service requires:
- Access to your Meta Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, Snap Ads, and/or Shopify accounts via OAuth authentication
- Limited permissions to read and potentially modify your advertising data
- API tokens for secure programmatic access
You represent and warrant that you have the authority to grant these permissions for any accounts you connect to our Service. Your use of each connected platform is also governed by that platform's terms, including:
- Meta Platform Terms
- Google APIs Terms of Service
- Pinterest Developer and API Terms of Service and Pinterest Developer Guidelines
- TikTok Marketing API Terms of Service
- Snap Marketing API Terms of Service
- Shopify API License and Terms of Use
5. Limitations of Service
You acknowledge that:
- LLM-based recommendations are advisory in nature and may not always be optimal
- Automated actions taken by our Service are based on your configurations and authorizations
- We are not responsible for advertising performance or outcomes resulting from using our Service
- Service availability depends on third-party APIs (Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok, Snap, Shopify) and may be affected by changes to these third-party services
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ARTELL SOLUÇÕES TECNOLÓGICAS LTDA and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
7. User Content and Data
You retain all rights to your advertising data. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to access, process, and analyze your data solely for providing and improving the Service. We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and User Data Protection guidelines.
We may also use your data in anonymized, aggregated form to produce benchmarks and statistical insights (for example, median click-through rates by industry or return on ad spend distributions by spend tier). These aggregated outputs are derived from data across many accounts and are designed so that no individual advertiser can be identified. Individual account metrics, creative assets, and audience targeting configurations are never exposed.
You grant Pipeboard the right, which may be revoked at any time, to use your commercial name and logo as a reference on the Pipeboard website, marketing materials, and customer lists for its own advertising purposes for the duration of your use of the Service.
8. Data Deletion
We provide mechanisms for you to delete your account and associated data permanently from our systems. Please refer to our User Data Protection page for detailed instructions on how to delete your data.
9. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or violate any laws
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software
- Share your account credentials or API tokens with unauthorized parties
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms.
11. Refund Policy
Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. The terms below apply to all paid subscriptions.
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (monthly plans): If you are not satisfied with your monthly paid plan for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment on that plan tier — no questions asked. This guarantee applies once per plan tier (e.g., once for Pro, once for Premium) regardless of billing interval; switching between monthly and annual on the same tier does not reset the guarantee. To request your refund, email billing@pipeboard.co within the 7-day window.
- 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (annual plans): Annual subscriptions are not eligible for a free trial. Instead, you may request a full refund of the annual fee within 30 days of your first annual payment on that plan tier by emailing billing@pipeboard.co.
- After the guarantee window: Subscriptions are non-refundable after the applicable guarantee window (7 days for monthly, 30 days for annual) except where required by applicable law. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, and we will not bill you again after you cancel.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. If your subscription is current (most recent invoice paid), access to premium features continues until the end of your current billing period. If your subscription is past due (most recent invoice unpaid) when you cancel, the cancellation takes effect immediately, your access ends, and we will not attempt further charges on the unpaid invoice.
- Switching between monthly and annual: You can switch billing intervals at any time from your billing settings. Switching from monthly to annual on the same tier invoices the annual fee immediately and resets your renewal date. Switching from annual to monthly takes effect at your next annual renewal date; we do not refund the unused portion of an annual fee on a downgrade to monthly.
- Early Bird Pricing: If you subscribed to our Early Bird pricing, you will retain that discounted rate as long as you maintain your subscription without gaps.
- Downgrades: Plan tier downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for downgrade requests, but you retain access to your current plan features until the cycle ends.
- Enterprise Plans: Enterprise plan refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms outlined in your enterprise agreement.
Refund requests should be submitted to billing@pipeboard.co and will typically be processed within 5-7 business days.
Updated May 8, 2026. Customers whose subscription was active before this date remain governed by the prior version of these Terms for the lifetime of that subscription. The updated Terms apply to new subscriptions and to renewals that follow a lapse in subscription.
12. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we, our directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
- Actions taken based on recommendations provided by our LLM system
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes — including changes to fees, refund rules, your data rights, or the scope of the license you grant us — take effect 30 days after we post the updated Terms on this page and email registered users at the address on file. Other changes, such as clarifications, typo corrections, or references to additional supported platforms under the existing model, take effect when posted.
If you have an active subscription when a material change takes effect, the prior version of these Terms continues to govern your subscription through the end of your then-current billing period, and the updated Terms apply starting with your next renewal. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may cancel under §11 before that next renewal.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the relevant jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
16. Service Export; Place of Performance and Economic Result
Pipeboard is operated by ARTELL SOLUÇÕES TECNOLÓGICAS LTDA, established in Brazil. For Customers domiciled outside Brazil, the Parties expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- Beneficiary. The Customer is the sole beneficiary of the Service. All outputs of the Service — including analyses, recommendations, automations, datasets, dashboards, and decisions enabled by the LLM interface — are delivered to the Customer for the Customer's exclusive use.
- Place where the economic result occurs. The economic result of the Service (resultado econômico do serviço, for the purposes of Brazilian Complementary Law 116/2003, art. 2, sole paragraph) is verified, enjoyed, and appropriated exclusively at the Customer's domicile and place of business outside Brazil. The Customer is the party that takes managerial, commercial, and financial decisions based on the Service, and those decisions are taken and produce their effects in the Customer's jurisdiction abroad.
- No economic result in Brazil. No portion of the economic benefit, utility, or output of the Service is enjoyed, appropriated, or otherwise materializes within Brazilian territory. Pipeboard's activities in Brazil are limited to the technical execution of the Service; the result of that execution accrues entirely to the Customer abroad.
- Payment from abroad. Fees for the Service are paid by the Customer from outside Brazil, in foreign currency or in another form accepted under Brazilian foreign-exchange rules, and the corresponding inflow is settled in Brazil exclusively as payment for the export of this Service.
- Tax characterization. Accordingly, the Parties recognize the transaction as an export of services under Brazilian Complementary Law 116/2003 (ISS) and Law 10.833/2003, art. 6 (PIS/COFINS), and will cooperate in good faith to maintain documentation evidencing the foreign domicile of the Customer, the foreign place of fruition of the result, and the foreign origin of payment.
