What you need before you start
A Claude Pro, Team, or Enterprise account (Connectors require a paid plan)
A Pipeboard account with Facebook and/or Google Ads connected
Connect in 3 Simple Steps
Open Connectors in Claude Settings
Navigate to Settings → Connectors → Add Connector

- 3.Click Connectors in the sidebar
- 4.Click Add Connector

How to get the best responses from Claude with MCP
Be specific about the platform:
"Show me my Meta Ads campaigns from last week" or "List my Google Ads search campaigns with CPC over $5"
Ask for analysis, not just data:
"Which of my campaigns should I pause based on the last 30 days of performance?"
Chain requests for deeper insights:
"First show me my campaigns, then drill into the top performer and show me its ad sets and creatives."
Troubleshooting
If your MCP connector does not work, try these steps
- Verify your Claude plan supports Connectors (Pro, Team, or Enterprise).
- Check that the connector URL is correct and includes the trailing slash.
- Try removing and re-adding the connector.
- Start a new conversation after adding the connector.
- Make sure your Pipeboard account has Facebook or Google Ads connected.
